 Thoralby -O.S.

Map 1891

Below is the O.S. Map for Thoralby Village 1891. I have underlined some of the more notable features, and changes from the 1854 map. Such as: One Public Houses; The George Inn; Two Chapels: the new Wesleyan Methodist (c.1879) and the Primitive Methodist (c.1849); Thoralby Mill; The  new Reading Room c.1887; The arrow at Warnford which shows the driveway, no longer circular. A ford is also shown across Bishopdale Beck, from the lane below Holmeside.
